Picture Perfect

Another beautiful wedding shot by the talented Ben Adams. Location shots were captured in and around the grounds of Montrose and Sutton Forrest. Spring and Summer the vibrant greens come to life. Simply Stunning.

“Our venue, Montrose Berry Farm was another case of love at first sight. We found out about this place through some photos my sister showed me of a friend’s wedding. We’d talked about having an outdoor ceremony, and this place sounded ideal. When we went to look at it, we knew straight away it was the place for us. Big grassy areas surrounded by willow trees, a lovely little garden area where we could hold our ceremony, wide open spaces for children to run around in, and even a refurbished barn.”

“As an added bonus, the owners of the farm (Bruce and Fiona) are absolutely lovely, friendly, and so helpful. They were happy for us to put up whatever decorations we wanted, and cheerfully answered the tonnes of questions we had during the months of planning. They were always willing to lend a hand, and Bruce even installed posts and strung up wires between the trees. I can’t say enough about these guys, they were incredible! (They even gave us a lovely wedding present, which was a nice surprise). It’s a working farm, so there was the option to go berry picking, and our guests also got to go home with some of the produce (we gave jars of jam as bonbonniere, and some of the guests also bought some of their delicious berry pies to take home).

Hand made painted signs to put around the farm (for Games, Refreshments, Toilets, Berries). Lauren and Ewen raided Vinnies and scoured council cleanups to collect props and toys. Complete with a rocking horse, picnic blanket & tea set for the kids, and ring toss, badminton and bocce for the bigger kids.”
